The International English Language Testing System or IELTS is an International Standardized trial of English Language capability for non-local English language speakers. IELTS measures the language capability of individuals who need to study or work where English is utilized as a language of communication. It utilizes a nine-band scale to plainly distinguish levels of capability, from non-user (band score 1) through to master (band score 9).
